What Is the Blessing the Essence Prayer?
The Blessing the Essence Prayer is a spirit-level prayer that speaks blessing over the deepest part of a person, the essence God placed in you before the world was formed. In the Bride Ministries framework, your essence is the origin from which your spirit, soul, and DNA all draw. When the essence has been cursed, neglected, or assaulted through trauma and bloodline iniquity, the whole person carries the weight of it. This prayer calls that essence back into alignment with the One who created it.
Essence is life. That is the starting point. When Jesus formed you, He breathed something into you that the Hebrew Scriptures call neshamah, the breath of life, and the New Testament calls pneuma, spirit. Your essence is the deepest part of you, the part that was with Jesus before you ever drew a breath in this world. Psalm 139 says He knit you together in your mother's womb, but if you read it carefully, you will see that He knew you before that. Your essence predates your body.
The Blessing the Essence Prayer is a precision ministry tool that reaches through a person's spiritual history all the way back to the very beginning of their creation by Jesus, and it speaks blessing, restoration, and proper alignment into the deepest part of who they are. It is short. It is potent. And it does in two paragraphs what most ministry sessions cannot do in two hours, because it goes deeper than the surface of the soul. It speaks directly to the essence.
This prayer is for you if:

What the Prayer Actually Does
The prayer does three things. It blesses the essence as God intended it, undoing words and agreements spoken against it. It realigns the spirit, soul, and body to operate in harmony under the authority of Jesus. And it invites the Holy Spirit to restore what was broken at the deepest level, a level that ordinary prayer and inner work often cannot reach. It is one tool inside a larger healing journey, not a standalone fix.
Without giving away the full text, which is now part of the journey training, here is what this prayer accomplishes:
It blesses the spirit of the person being prayed for and invites it forward. It reminds the spirit of its original identity: light from Light, fire, breath, wind, river, love. It invites the Holy Spirit to flow through the essence, ministering comfort and advocacy across every age and cycle stretching back to the beginning. It declares the blood of Jesus, the Living Water from the throne of God, the Light of God, the oil of anointing, and the Agape love of God to flow through the essence. It invites the breath of Jesus to course-correct every age of damage, injury, misuse, trade, and defilement. It decrees proper alignment between spirit, soul, and body, in the name of Jesus.
That is the work this prayer does. It is real. It is biblical. And when it is prayed in faith, in the context of the rest of the teaching, it produces fruit you can see.
Why We Moved the Prayers Into the Journeys
For years, we offered our prayers as free downloads anyone could read in isolation. They were powerful, but they were also being lifted, copied, and prayed without the foundation that makes them effective. A prayer like Blessing the Essence is not a magic incantation. It is a precision tool. The words carry authority because they are rooted in the finished work of Jesus, and they only land in their full weight when the person praying them understands what they are doing, who they are in Christ, and where this tool fits in the larger battle plan.
So we built three journeys. Each one walks you through the teaching, the training, and the prayers in the order that produces real freedom, not just emotional moments.
