Government Programming, Mind Control & Discerning God's Voice

Jan was born in February 1949. Strategically, she believes, conceived right around the time Israel became a nation. She was also born into a world that would subject her to satanic ritual abuse, government-sponsored mind control, and experiments connected to Mengele. She's been receiving inner healing coaching with Dan Duval since 2018.

In this episode of Discovering Truth, Jan returns for her seventh appearance to walk through her notes: a collection of experiences, revelations, and observations that span from the mechanics of government programming to aliens learning from human beings to the end-times technology being used to counterfeit the voice of God. This is not an easy listen. But it's one that equips serious believers to understand what's actually happening in the spirit and in the physical realm right now.

Jan describes voice-to-skull (V2K) technology with a precision that only someone who has experienced it from the inside can offer.

The technology works by beaming a voice into the target's head, typically the voice of someone they trust, someone they love, someone familiar. The relationship develops over time. The target doesn't realize the voice isn't real. Then, at the moment suspicion begins to rise, a second voice is introduced, presented as "the real person." Now the target is caught between two false voices, convinced they need to figure out which one is genuine, while neither is.

Jan says the Lord told her in the mid-1990s that the greatest challenge believers would face in the last days is discerning His voice. She believes V2K, now coupled with AI and quantum computing, is a primary weapon in that war. The enemy doesn't need to appear dramatic. He just needs to sound familiar.

This is one of those insights you won't find on a standard Christian apologetics blog. It requires someone who has been inside the system and come out the other side to name it clearly.

Jan covers several dimensions of what structured programming looks like: the pods, the punishment grids, the training to think in multidimensional ways that ordinary psychology has no grid for. Psychologists and counselors, she notes, are largely unequipped to deal with what survivors of government-sponsored mind control carry. The programming is not metaphorical. It is architectural, built into the mind of the survivor through sustained trauma and reinforcement.

She also discusses the concept of "parts," fragments of her inner world that have been found in locations throughout the world and beyond. For listeners already familiar with Bride Movement's work on dissociative identity disorder, this language is recognizable. For those encountering it for the first time, it surfaces an important truth: healing from this level of trauma is not about talking through feelings. It is a structured, Spirit-led process of recovery and reintegration.

One of the more striking threads in this episode is Jan's perspective on alien and hybrid activity. Rather than framing it in terms of extraterrestrial science fiction, she describes beings coming to the earth to study what is different about human beings, made in the image of God, carrying something they cannot replicate.

Dan and Jan have addressed this territory across multiple episodes, but this particular angle (that these entities are drawn to humanity because of what God put in us) carries a theological weight worth sitting with. Genesis 1:26-28 establishes dominion and image-bearing as distinctly human. Whatever is coming against that, from any dimension, is coming against something God declared very good.

Jan also surfaces a perspective that serious students of eschatology will want to engage: her view that the deep state has actively promoted the rapture narrative as a means of distraction, getting the church to disengage from the present fight by keeping its eyes on an exit door.

Whether or not every listener agrees with that framing, the underlying challenge is worth taking seriously. A church that is passive, disengaged, and waiting to be extracted is not the same as a church that is occupying until He comes. The difference is not just theological. It changes how people live, how they pray, and whether they take the kind of spiritual warfare territory that Jan and Dan are discussing seriously.

Jan's story is not finished. She is still in process. And that's precisely what makes her credible.

She is not presenting from the other side of a tidy testimony. She is a woman in active recovery from some of the most severe abuse documented in modern inner healing ministry, and she keeps showing up. She keeps bringing her notes. She keeps trusting the process.
