How to Challenge Evil Councils | Dan Duval

It requires discernment. It requires understanding the specific nature of what the council is targeting. And it requires an awareness of your own legal position before God, which is why inner healing work and closing personal open doors often needs to happen first. You cannot petition effectively from a compromised position.

Yes, with a caveat.

The spiritual authority available to every believer in Christ is real. The heavenly courts are accessible through the finished work of Jesus. But awareness matters. The person who has never heard of evil councils, heavenly courts, or the legal dimension of spiritual warfare is not going to stumble into this by accident.
